Financial Information
The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
We accept most insurance plans and will be glad to file your insurance claims for you. Your smile is yours forever and we want to make it easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care you need.

CareCredit
Moskowitz Dental also accepts CareCredit® Financing. With CareCredit you’ll always have an easy and convenient way to pay for dental care at locations in the CareCredit network. For everything from routine teeth exams and cleanings to cosmetic dental procedures and orthodontics. Now that’s something to smile about.
We accept Cash, Checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
We offer payment plans through a third-party financing company CareCredit. They offer 6, 12 and 18 months same as cash -depending on your treatment needs.
We accept and file most insurance. We will gladly file all of the necessary paperwork to your carrier, and we are willing to accept the assignment of payment from them. All deductibles, estimated co-payments, waiting periods, fees, etc. not covered by insurance are expected at the time of service.

(this is a savings plan utilizing the in PPO network of Aetna. This is not dental insurance)

For all plans – please note we are NOT a DMO or HMO and the insurance will not pay for a patient for our office in this type of plan. Please verify this with your insurance prior to any and all appointments.
